For your connected team
Good to know

Before you begin.

Do we need a wedding date to start?

No. Start with the details you know, an approximate date or simply your ideas. You can add the rest as your plans develop.

Can we include suppliers who don’t use WedPlanned?

Yes. Add suppliers manually to your wedding team and track your costs. Connected WedPlanned bookings bring additional access to the supplier’s quotes, contracts, invoices and requested details.

Can guests reply on our wedding website?

Yes. Prepare household invitations and share them by email or WhatsApp. Guests can reply online with meal choices and dietary requirements, and their replies appear in your guest list.

Will our suppliers see our whole planner?

Connecting a supplier booking shares your wedding preparation details, including venues, timings and your supplier team. Your budget and private planning notes stay in your wedding account.
