Publish session bookings and add them to your website
Set up sessions, offer dates and share one booking link on any website.
Before you start
- Decide your session price, duration and available times. Connect card payments if clients will pay during booking.
Step by step
Sessions
Create a session or copy a catalogue starter. Set its price and duration, assign a team member and turn on Available. Choose instant confirmation or approval. Extras are optional.
Times
Choose weekly hours or specific dates and start times for each assigned team member. Set your timezone, minimum notice and how far ahead clients can book. Existing jobs and connected calendars can block conflicting times.
Details and payment
Choose the client details you need, add your privacy link and booking terms, then choose full payment, a deposit, a schedule or pay later. Review the confirmation email and your business email settings.
Publish
Open Review & share, check the readiness list, enable Accept online bookings and save. Both the session and the booking page must be enabled. Preview the page before sharing.
Use your WedPlanned link
Copy the link from Review & share. Share it by message, social media or email. Clients choose a session, date and time, enter their details and review the price before booking or paying. They do not need an account.
Add to your own website
In WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or your website editor, add a Book a session button to your chosen page. Paste the copied link as its destination and publish the page. An HTML button is also available under Website button code. Booking opens securely on WedPlanned; your existing domain stays where it is.
Use a WedStudio website
In WedStudio → Website → Publish → Review & publish, switch on Show my active WedCRM booking page and publish. The standard Book online button uses your live booking page. For a custom layout, choose Booking as the button destination in the layout editor. The same button works on your WedPlanned website address and any connected custom domain; checkout opens the shared secure booking page.
Check a booking
New bookings appear in the CRM calendar and linked job. A paid session stays temporarily held until payment is confirmed. Approval requests still require your review. Use the linked invoice for its payment record.
What happens next
One booking page serves your direct links and website buttons, with shared availability and payment records.
Helpful tips
- Use the existing booking address once clients have booked so their confirmation links keep working.
- A website button needs no domain transfer or DNS changes.
- Test up to the review screen first. Submitting a real booking may send confirmation emails, reserve a time or create a payment request.
Troubleshooting
The booking switch is disabled
A platform activation message means WedPlanned must enable public booking. Business administrators can still prepare and save a draft.
No sessions or times appear
Check Available on the session, its assigned team member, that person’s active status and future availability. Minimum notice, booking horizon, existing jobs and calendar conflicts may hide a time.
My button does not appear
For a WedStudio site, enable and save the CRM booking page, switch on Show my active WedCRM booking page under Publish → Review & publish, then publish the site. For another website, publish the page containing your button.
