Start with the booking
Create a linked client gallery from the wedding job. The gallery belongs to the same client and wedding you already manage in CRM.

Create a linked client gallery from the wedding job. The gallery belongs to the same client and wedding you already manage in CRM. No separate client record or duplicate wedding setup.
- Upload the finished work
Upload your edited photographs to the client gallery, either manually or through Lightroom. Organise the collection into albums. Use this same uploaded collection later in WedStudio and WedPrev.
- Share with your clients
Check access, download options and gallery appearance. Preview the experience, then share the gallery with the couple. Client delivery and public website publishing are separate choices.
- Deliver wedding films
Keep wedding films and reels with the linked client gallery. With video hosting enabled, upload an MP4 or MOV, wait for processing and preview the film before sharing. Choose who can watch and whether downloads are allowed. Video hosting is currently in private testing; paid packages are not yet available.
- Let favourites guide the next step
Clients can browse their photographs and save favourites or selections. Keep their choices alongside the delivered gallery. Use the client’s choices to support your next conversation about albums, prints or their favourite moments.
- Offer prints and products
Where your store is configured, connect the gallery to your catalogue and price list so clients can order from the photographs they love. Product availability, production charges and fulfilment depend on your connected store setup.
