Client galleries & Lightroom

Create, upload and share a client gallery

Deliver a private gallery linked to the correct CRM booking.

Where to startCRM job → Wedding delivery and content → Client Gallery

Before you start

  • Confirm the job, client name and recipient email.
  • Have your finished photographs ready for manual upload or Lightroom publishing.

Step by step

  1. Create the linked gallery

Open the job’s Wedding delivery and content panel and use the + beside Client Gallery. If a gallery already exists, open it instead.

  2. Upload the photographs

Use the upload control in Photos or publish from a linked Lightroom collection. Wait for all uploads to finish and review any failures.

  3. Organise albums and order

Create albums where helpful. Check which photographs are included and choose the intended image order.

  4. Review privacy and downloads

Open Settings → Access & privacy. Check who may enter and whether downloads are allowed.

  5. Preview the client experience

Use Preview. Check the correct images, cover, titles and available download options.

  6. Set the gallery live

In General settings, review the status, choose Live when ready and save settings.

  7. Share the gallery

Use Share. Copy the gallery link or prepare the gallery email, review the recipient and finish the send action.

What happens next

The client has access to the reviewed gallery through the link you shared.

Helpful tips

  • Uploading to an already-live gallery can change what clients see. Review the destination before adding files.
  • Use the new gallery link; a previous provider’s link does not transfer.

Troubleshooting

The client cannot open the gallery

Check Live status, expiry and access settings, and use the latest gallery link.

Photos are missing

Review upload progress and failures, the current album, and any hidden-image settings.

Downloads are unavailable

Check download permissions and whether original files are available.
