Deliver previews and prepare a social post

Before you start

• Open the correct CRM job and create its linked Client Gallery if one does not exist.
• Upload photographs manually in the gallery or publish them to that gallery from Lightroom.
• Wait for uploads and image processing to finish.

Step by step

1. 1

   Open WedPrev

   From the job, open Wedding delivery and content → WedPrev, or use the WedPrev shortcut. Check the couple and venue at the top.

   Load the gallery photographs

   Select Refresh if new uploads are not visible. Save any changed selection before refreshing.

   Choose your previews

   Tap the photographs you want. A selected image shows a tick and its position in the selection. Use search or Selected only to review the set.

   Save the selection

   Choose Save selection or Continue. Saving the selection does not send photographs to the couple.

   Prepare the social post

   Open Social & export. Reorder selected photographs with the arrow controls, choose the JPEG format and review the caption. Use Generate caption for a new starting caption, then check names and supplier credits.

   Export the preview pack

   Choose Export JPEGs & caption. Open the ZIP to find numbered JPEGs and caption.txt. You can also use Copy caption. Export up to 50 photographs at a time.

   Deliver the previews to the couple

   Return to the client gallery. Check the photographs visible to clients, privacy and download settings. Set the gallery live when ready, then use Share to send the gallery email or copy its link.

   Publish your social post

   Use the exported JPEGs and reviewed caption in your social app. Check image order and tags there before publishing.

   Complete the task

   Return to the job’s Wedding workflow and mark Deliver previews and post social complete once both actions are finished.

What happens next

The couple receives the intended previews and you have posted the reviewed social content.

Private delivery: Check gallery access → Share with the couple.

Social post: Export JPEGs + caption → Post in your social app.

Website use: Choose destinations → Publish selected photos.

Helpful tips

• Selecting images in WedPrev does not hide the other photographs in the client gallery. Before sharing, check exactly what the client gallery displays.
• WedPrev generates a caption and exports files; it does not automatically publish to Instagram.
• Original-shape previews keep the photograph’s proportions. Fixed social formats add white space where needed rather than cropping the image.
• Caption edits are kept on this device. The exported caption.txt is useful when posting from a different device.
