Review image text with WedIntel

Before you start

• Upload your photographs to the linked client gallery.
• Automatic drafts require the AI connection to be configured. Manual editing works without it.

Step by step

1. 1

   Choose the photographs and destinations

   In Galleries, select the wedding and images, then allocate each photo to the relevant galleries and moments. These assignments provide context for the image-text step.

   Open Image text

   Continue after assigning destinations. Choose a photograph from the strip to review its current text.

3. 3

   Review or generate a draft

   Edit the fields manually, or choose a tone and use Generate draft when available. The selected galleries provide context but do not prove what is visible in the photograph.

   Apply the suggestions you want

   Fill missing fields preserves existing text. Use all suggested text replaces the form’s contents with the draft. Review names, locations and visible details.

   Save the image text

   Use Save text for each edited photograph. Saving does not publish an unassigned photograph. Text for a photo already used publicly will update its metadata.

   Continue to publication

   Return to Review & publish to check the gallery destinations and publish the selected photos.

   Find gaps later

   Open WedIntel. Filter by wedding, choose missing alt text, captions or descriptions, and review matching photographs. Choose All images to revise complete records.

What happens next

Your selected photographs have reviewed text, and you have a dedicated place to maintain it later.

Helpful tips

• Keep alt text short and factual; captions and descriptions can carry more context.
• AI drafts never replace saved text automatically.
• One credit covers alt text, a caption and a description for one image. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits.
• Open Plan & billing to see your balance. When paid billing is available, account owners can buy 1,000 extra analyses for £5; purchased credits do not expire. Credits are added after payment confirmation.
• Discard changes restores the saved version. Save or discard changes before leaving the editor.
• Already-published pages may take a short time to refresh cached metadata.
