Add preview photos to website galleries

Before you start

• Select the photos in WedPrev and check they are suitable for public use.
• Have the desired website galleries or venue destinations available.

Step by step

1. 1

   Open the saved selection

   Check the selected images belong to the intended wedding. Change the selection if only some should be published.

   Open Website galleries

   Review the available Venue, Moments and Galleries destinations.

3. 3

   Choose destinations

   Select the public areas where this group of photographs should appear.

4. 4

   Publish selected photos

   Review your choices and press Publish selected photos. This is a public website action, not a private client email.

5. 5

   Check the result

   Open the relevant website gallery and check the selected photographs and their presentation. Repeat with another selection if different images belong in different destinations.

What happens next

The selected photographs are assigned to the chosen website destinations.

Helpful tips

• Client gallery albums and public website galleries are different destinations.
• No destination selected means there is nowhere to publish the group.
