Organise and share your public galleries

Before you start

• Choose photographs you have permission to show publicly.
• Private client delivery remains in WedStore. Public websites and embeds require Studio publishing access.

Step by step

1. 1

   Group your venues by location

   Open Locations & venues. Choose a location group, then open a venue to select and arrange its photos. Save and publish the venue when ready.

   Choose your moments

   In Moments, tick the categories you want available for photo assignment. Rename or add a moment, use the arrows or drag to order them, and choose Save moments. Renaming keeps its existing address. Open photos to edit the selection.

   Create a custom gallery

   In Custom galleries, choose Add gallery and give it a clear name. It starts as a draft. Open photos to build the selection and save your settings. Existing photo and video selections are in this same list and keep their existing links.

   Add your photographs

   Open Add photos. Choose a wedding, select photographs from its uploaded client gallery, and assign each selection to the relevant venue, moments or custom galleries. Review the public selection before confirming.

   Arrange the overview

   Use Display & publish to choose the gallery sections visitors see and their order, then save the layout. A hidden overview card does not by itself make an active gallery private.

   Choose where your work appears

   Open WedNav → Website & galleries. Choose an available gallery for a direct link or embed code, or select that same gallery in your WedStudio website and publish the website. You do not need to recreate its photos for each destination. Test the public result while signed out.

What happens next

Your galleries are organised in one place and can be reused across supported website and embed placements.

Helpful tips

• Venue edits stay in draft until the venue is published. Active moments and themed custom collections update publicly when saved; review their content before saving.
• Existing photo and video selections have their own Save draft and Publish gallery controls. Republish to update those selections; Take offline removes them from public view.
• Show on gallery page controls the overview card. To stop public access, archive a moment, set a custom collection to Draft or Archived, or use the relevant unpublish control.
• Save edits in each tab before leaving Galleries. Switching workspace tabs keeps your current edits available.
• Website & galleries in WedNav is the single place for hosting choices. Use Change setup and Save setup there. A gallery embed does not require a full website or a domain move.
