Create a quote template
Prepare packages and extras you can reuse when responding to leads.
Before you start
- Add the packages and extras you want to offer in Packages & add-ons.
- Decide whether clients should choose between options or receive a fixed offer.
Step by step
Create or open a template
Give it a name that identifies the service, season or price range.
Choose the offer structure
Configure the package choices and extras shown by the editor. Keep alternatives easy for a couple to compare.
Review each package
Check its title, coverage, description, image, included items and price.
Check additional options
Include only extras that make sense for this offer. Review their descriptions and pricing.
Save the template
Save the completed template. Create a test quote from it and inspect the actual offer before sending.
What happens next
The template is available when creating or preparing a quote.
Helpful tips
- A template is reusable content. It does not reserve a date or send anything to a couple.
Troubleshooting
An existing quote did not change
Existing quotes must be reviewed separately. Apply the desired template in the quote editor and check the resulting offer.
