Before you start

• Have the text and images you want to use.
• Check that you are editing the correct business website.

Step by step

   Choose the page or section

   Open Website and select the content area you want to change.

   Edit content and images

   Use the available editor controls. Keep headings short and images relevant to the page.

   Save the changes

   Finish any save action shown by the editor before leaving.

   Preview the page

   Check desktop and mobile layouts, links, image crops and contact details.

   Review publishing

   Use the publishing controls available for the site and check the live page after publication.

What happens next

Your website presents the reviewed content in the intended layout.

Helpful tips

• The public website, private client portal and private galleries are separate experiences. Preview the destination you actually changed.
• Choose an available existing gallery for the website’s Galleries section. Manage its photos in the Galleries workspace; you do not need a second copy. A website draft must still be published before visitors see a new gallery choice.
